1. Philosophy & "Local-First" Architecture

The mobile application Inventaire Pro, published and operated by Solutions Skyfibre, is designed in strict accordance with Privacy-by-Design principles. All your inventories, item listings, photos, notes, and valuations are stored strictly locally on your smartphone.

Using the application does not require any account creation, and no personal or inventory data is ever transmitted to our servers or sold to third parties.

2. Required App Permissions

• Camera (CAMERA): Used only when you initiate burst photo scanning to capture items for your catalog. No photos are taken without your explicit manual trigger.

• Storage / Media Files: Used solely to store your inventory photos on your device and to save generated PDF reports and Excel (.xlsx) workbooks that you choose to export.

3. Artificial Intelligence Valuation (Optional)

Image recognition and market price appraisal utilizes Google Gemini Vision API. This feature is strictly optional and requires entering your personal API key. Only the selected item image is securely transmitted via TLS for text analysis, and your images are never used to train public models.

4. Purchases & Subscriptions

All in-app purchases and subscription transactions are processed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing. Neither Inventaire Pro nor Solutions Skyfibre ever collects, handles, or stores your credit card numbers or financial information.

5. Data Retention & Full User Control

You retain 100% control over your data. Uninstalling the app or selecting "Reset Data" in settings permanently deletes all local records from your device.
